Abstract With the globalization of seed trade and transgenic variety development, application molecular technologies for quality gained more significance in both internal international markets. Besides germination, genetic purity health are two most important parameters that determine planting value a lot. Compared to conventional methods testing, marker efficient analysis as these accurate, robust, abundant, faster.
